PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE CAN BE PICKED UP IN STORE?
Yes, products purchased online can be picked up at our Den Haag store. Please contact us via email (info@citysilks.nl) and give us the exact date when you need to pick up the goods.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY GOODS?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed unless it is for a change in size for childrens’ wear and subject to availability.
CAN I EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, SALE products are non-refundable.
